SUBMIT A MANUSCRIPT

We accept submissions either electronically or in hard-copy form. Electronic submissions should be sent to LawBusRev@virginia.edu. Hard-copy submissions should be addressed to:

All submissions must include: (1) a cover letter, (2) an abstract under 250 words on a separate page, and (3) a copy of the manuscript. Resumes and other biographical information are optional.

The cover letter should be no more than one page long and feature: (1) the title of the manuscript, (2) the author’s email address, mailing address, and daytime telephone number, and (3) the word count for the manuscript including footnotes.

We will acknowledge the receipt of all manuscripts, by sending an email to the author’s email address. If submission is made over the summer, we may not be able to reply until mid-August.
