REQUEST EXPEDITED REVIEW

We consider expedite requests during the school year, but not over the summer from May until mid-August. Expedites should be sent by email to LawBusRev@virginia.edu.

An expedite request should include: (1) the author's name, email address, and daytime telephone number; (2) the date by which an answer is required; and (3) the name of the journal that has offered publication.

We will make every effort to reply to expedite requests in a timely fashion, but may not always be able to reply if the deadline is extremely short.
