Corporate Governance: The Impact of Institutional Investors
The Virginia Law & Business Review hosted its inaugural symposium on February 16, 2007. The symposium investigated the growing impact of institutional investors on corporate governance. Sponsored in conjunction with the Virginia Law and Business Society, the event featured leading business and legal scholars, as well as prominent members of the institutional investor community.
